Anything can be done with enough money and time, but the big challenge will be installing the C5's independent rear suspension with the trans/axle assembly mounted to your chassis. Then there's the issue of the torque tube that connects the engine to the trans.
I've seen the C4 IRS + differential (no transmission) done to a 4th Gen, and the back end of a 3rd Gen is very similar. But I don't recall seeing the complete trans/axle grafted on to an F-Body. I've seen someone post pictures here, many years ago of the C4 IRS + differential. Might want to try a search.
