clutch work...some basic questions

this is on an LS1 car

if i have my flywheel resurfaced...do i have to install a shim? or can the difference be taken up with an adjustable mastercylinder?

how much is a GM replacement throwout bearing? i see a centerforce unit online for $80...sounds like ALOT.

is a SPEC 3 clutch disc compatible with the SPEC 4 pressure plate. my 4 disc is worn out, and i can only find the 3 online (not to mention i think i'll get more life out of it).

thanks

As far as shimming it out I do not think you will have to do that, or make any ajustments really. I had mine resurfaced and I did not do anything to ajust it and it is just fine. But as for your other questions I have no clue.
