Clutch won't disengage when running?

Is it because of air in the lines? I mean i thought that i bleed them very well but i guess not because it still won't release....is it possible it could be something else....?

Be sure the clutch fork didn't slide off of the throwout bearing.

ok well i let the car sit all night and got back under there to pump the rod a little bit to get rid of some bubbles....well no bubbles and still stays engaged when in gear.....i know that the clutch fork is on right because i can press the clutch all the way to the floor without the cylinder blowing up....maybe it's bent or something......

Turns out it was a spring from a previous clutch that was lodged in the pressure plate....i didn't see it and neither did the GM dealership the first time they took the transmission out.....they said everything was good and then they pulled it again after what they thought it was didn't work.....Charging me again to pull it and they found the spring......
