Clutch will not disengage, rod doesn't move that far.

Put in a new master/slave and replaced the line even, for some reason I installed a spec stage 3 clutch and now the clutch won't disengage, tried starting and the car drives but depressing the clutch pedal doesn't do much, it seems when my friend looks underneath. It doesn't feel very stiff like it normally should, feels a bit on the soft side. I beld it by pressing the slave in and out several time and watch bubbles come out the top of reservoir but still nothing.

Is there a specific way to bleed the system, whats going on? firewall doesn't seem to move much when depressing. Fork is on there good.

Please help.
