Clutch recommendation

Can someone recommend a good clutch for my car? It is starting to shudder a lot when I take off in 1st gear. I'm going with a clutch, PP and throwout bearing. Thanks for any recommendations. The car is used for daily driving when the weather is nice. May go to the track once or twice but that's it.

Re: Clutch recommendation

I would stay away from Spec. Ive run McLeod single, spec 3, and now have a Ram PG HD. For your application, I would run a McLeod single. Its a solid clutch. The Ram I have is way too much clutch for your application, but if you want a stiff clutch... I recomend it.

I know alot of people piece a clutch together using an LT4PP and buy the clutch disc separately. That can be your cheapest route. You will need a 11" 26 spline 1 1/8 disc if you want to piece it together.

Hope that helps.
