Clutch Problems...

The 98Z in my sig has been updated to a SPEC stage 2 clutch setup with the stock flywheel and i'm having some troubles getting it to disengage. I'm thinking it's the hydraulics but slave or master or both? Is the 01+ master any different (I know the slave is)?

Re: Clutch Problems...

I had a similar problem after installing my centerforce clutch. What I found was that the slave cylinder was a little tired, it wasn't moving to its full potential. After replacing the slave cylinder the problem was partially fixed. I can now get it in gear but some of the time it doesn't go in very easily. I am thinking about putting in an adjustable master cylinder and see if that will completely fix the problem.
