Clutch Pedal Vibration

Hey guys, my car hadn't been touched for about 3 weeks, I went to drive it and notice I had to disengage the clutch pedal almost all the way for the car to move. It started to shake pretty bad as if about to stall but i gave it gas and it moves fine. It only des this moving from a complete stop. The pedal went from no vibration while driving to now having a considerable amount more of vibration. Any idea what it could be? I replaved the stock clutch about 3 years ago with a centerforce but didnt replace the slave and master... thanks in advance
