Clutch Issues - Help Needed

I recently did a heads/cam swap on my car and soon afterwards, I began having clutch issues. It has gotten where I cannot even shift the car when running. Seems to shift fine with the car off. It is an SLP clutch/PP/flywheel that is about eight years old w/ about 3K miles on it. I replaced the MC/SC assembly with a new one from GM. I guess at this point it will be a bad cluch disk or TO bearing. Could it be transmission? I don't mind spending the money to get it going, but want to make sure I am making a good move. Suggestions? Thanks!

I had this same problem. It was a bad clutch disc which was brand new. The car would not go into gear when it was running.

I put a new kit in and it was fine.
