Question Clutch disengage problem

I did a search and didn't find anything like this in any results. While driving I was approaching a stop light and pushed in the clutch to which I started getting a ton of chatter and vibration in the pedal itself. I immediately placed the car in neutral and let off the clutch. No noise, no vibration.

When I began to start again, I pushed in the clutch and felt tons of chatter and pedal travel was minimal. I backed off, car still in neutral and pushed again with the same result. It killed the car trying to push the pedal much past the beginning of the chatter. I restarted and upon only putting the pedal 1/4 down from normal I was able to get the car in gear and get going. I could only short shift like this and was able to make it home.

It's a McLeod twin disk kit, brand new and I used their master cylinder. I have about 9K on it. I haven't done any 5K dumps, no drag strip, and I haven't run over anything. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
