clutch decision...

im planning on building about a 600 hp motor, and currently i have an auto zone clutch on a basically stock motor, so i know i will be needing more, i was looking at the spec stage 2 which is good to 600, but its 500 bucks, and i was debating just getting a mcleod disc and taking the clutch back and getting a new one since its a lifetime warranty, and just using that pressure plate and the mcleod disc, but would it handle that kind of power? i want something i can beat on and not worry about it, my goal is to eventually get into the high tens, so what should i do?

From what I've seen Specs are hit and miss. If you want to beat on it and not worry about it, you need a street twin. If you wanna play you gotta pay.
