Clutch or Coolant?

Everytime I get on it you can smell this burn. Smells very sweet, like coolant. I have the headers burn through the coolant hose and spill collant all over the engine and trans. The guy at the dealership said they tried to clean it all up, but there was still some left, this was about 1.5yrs and 10k miles ago. I thought is was coolant burning, but then I thought it might be the clutch. I only smells after I get done getting on it hard or racing someone, but you can smell it throught the vents, not sure if it can be smelt from outside.
