clutch chatter question

just installed a mcleod 7500 and a new stock replacement pp and just machined my flywheel. bleed the system till practically no air bubbles came out. now when i release the clutch it chatters horribly... when i shift and let go slowly off the clutch it chatters a little...

I heard something about burrs on the input shaft could cause vibrations but i wasnt sure what burrs they were refering to..

anyone got a solution?

How many miles are on the clutch? Has it been ran through the recomended break-in period yet? I have had two McLeod street twin clutches and they both chattered a little until about 600-700 miles, after that they operated normal.
