Clutch for 600 RWHP

Right now I have a Spec Stage III. Its getting about time for a new clutch. I've heard the Street Twin is a great clutch. Anyone have any other recommendations? Thanks.

Street Twin is awesome, the only one you should consider IMHO.

Rich, this question is aimed at you. I've been gearing up for an engine build up and haven't been completely happy with the centerforce d/f. I've planned to step up to the street twin but have read a few disconcerting posts about them lately. Have you had any problems with yours? Does it have any of the chattering problems I've read that some are experiencing? I dumped a ceramic spec stage 3 because I couldn't take the chatter. 1st was bad, language filters prevent me from describing what reverse was like!

Do you think some are having problems because of setup or assembly related errors? I truely want to get it right this time. Playing musical clutches has become both expensive and time consuming.

They will chatter when new, once broken in there should be no problem.

I agree on the Spec Stage III. I've had similar problems. 1st isn't the
greatest but I've adjusted to it by letting the clutch out quickly. But reverse, its just plain awful.

I hear the Spec has a new Stage III, however. Wonder how that is?

Street Twin, from what I've heard is very good. Just looking for something
that performs well but is more affordable. But, I guess if I wanted a more affordable hobby, I should sell the car.
