pretty sure its the pressure plate grinding but does that happen often?

i have a spec 3, 6 puck. it only happens when i let it up slow, and mainly from a standstill. has only 10k or so on it and not beaten on much, but it did go through 2 evacs or 10+ hrs of less than 10mph

also, when im in 2nd/3rd it holds, but once in 5th gear and then half throttle it does it again, like the clutch is slipping but making the grinding noise.

trying to see if anyone has ideas, or knows for sure.
