Question Cleaning 4L60E coolant line question

My 4L60E just burned up on me and i had a donor car with the same trans.
when i pulled the trans out of my Z the fluid was dark brown and burned up.
so do i need to also clean out my coolant lines before putting in the new trans.
if so how do i do it?
i plan on doing this within the next few hours
so quick responses (if possible) will be much apprieciated

Thanks
Justin

Some parts stores and just about all transmission specialty shops sell cans of transmission cooler quick clean. Follow the instructions on the can, and then clean out the cleaner with a can of compressed air.
