Car shakes real bad when accelerating from a stop.

I need some help...after I got my new mcleod disc and stock pressure plate installed by a shop the car has been extremely difficult to drive. When the car has warmed up it always shakes when I go from a complete stop from first gear. I'm not talking a little bit of shaking but the whole car shakes bad. If the car is cold it doesn't do it but when it's warmed up it does. I have not been able to race the car from a stop at all because of this problem. I have just been taking it easy for awhile. I now have a second car so I can put this one away for awhile and work on it. This time I'm going to do the work myself so I need some advice on what the problem could be. Any help would be appreciated.

My feeling is that the shop didn't surface the flywheel? or is it the pressure plate? I just want to know what the problem might be. I hate having to play with the clutch from a stop so it will engage without shaking as bad. Anyone else have input?
