Can you reuse SPEC stage 3 clutch disk?

ok now that i put my 383 in, my original 210K tranny is taking a dump. I have about 300 miles on my Spec stage 3 clutch. Its slipping because the seals are leaking on the tranny (doing a t56rebuilds tranny).

My question is can i somehow re-use or clean my clutch disk? My friend told me if i put it in our parts washer/hot tank at work it would clean the stuff off. I thought once the material is contaminated then its no good, i maybe wrong.

Also, IF i have to get a new clutch disk, does Spec sell it seperately? If so how much? or should i get another clutch disk from someone else?

Sorry for all the questions, im just excited with my new motor and now i can drive it around because tranny is taking a crap and clutch is slipping. Thanks for any info in advance.

i had the hydrolic line blow on my clutch recently. sprayed clutch fluid everywhere.

talked to spec and they said just clean it with brake cleaner and you should be fine.

i reused my disc with no ill-effects.

you should have no problem

thats what happened to mine, the line busted and clutch fluid is all inside. Now i have to take the tranny out to rebuild it anyways, so i wasnt sure if i should get another clutch kit or if i would be able to reuse it.

I just dont want to go through all the hassle of taking it out again, if it still happens to keep slipping.

Im looking at the Maddog clutch kit they have on ebay. Looks just like the stage 3 from Spec that i got. Im trying to look for something that not too expensive but still will hold around 400RWHP.
