can someone link me to a thread pls?

It was the one a couple years ago where a guy beefed up his 10 bolt by welding some brackets and using some tie rod set up or something. Looked impressive.

I had a link, but it was a geocities site and is now down.
I recall the one you speak of; he welded the axle tubes, welded a bracket on the pumpkin cover, welded a mount on each tube, and then put adjustable tie rod-ended tubes (similar to LCAs) to connect them. His theory was that the main problem was that the axle tubes flexed backward independently of each other and that was the main cause of failure.
