Can I reuse my aftermarket PP and put in a new clutch disk?

I just pulled my clutch to find that after around 45k two of the springs in the hub broke. The flywheels looks fine, although I will get it resurfaced, and the PP looks fine as well.

The set-up was a Mcleod DF clutch and pressure plate that I installed about 6 years ago. Can I just put a new Mcleod clutch disk in or am I stuck buying a new kit???

Thanks,
Dave

As long as the pressure plate doesn't have an unusual wear pattern, you will be fine. It may not be "recommended", but it will work.

That's kinda what I thought.

I may be posting some pics for a second opinion on my pp, but all in all it looks ok. It's not scored and doesn't have any heat spots on it.

Thanks,
Dave

Thats what I am going to do with my Spec Stage 3. Some of the springs are loose, and a pad is coming apart. My PP looks great. I am on my 4th clutch/disc. Too expensive to be spending 500-600 every 25K miles.
