cam no tune..transmission

i have a cc306 no stall...
some guy heard my car last nite and said i cant drive it long without it tuned bc the transmission wont lock up and it will go bad in like 500 miles??? i was thinkin wat is this guy sayin? alota people cruise around untuned...im only goana do it for about 2 weeks...mayb 500 miles...gettin the stall this week and tuned late next week???
isnt my tranny ok without a tune??? whats this lockup crap?

You *can* drive it untuned for a while. The lockup and release points stayed the same.

what does ""can"" mean??? i kno its not at top performance...or anything but im tryin to get soem more stuff before i tune it now...i should have doen it all at once and tuned it right after but i kinda changed plans right after i put the cam in...
and does a stall effect my tune??? i mean if i tune it before th stall the install it again can anyhting be improved with the tune if the stall is already there?

It means you can drive it and not hurt anything. It won't run great, but you will not brake anything.
The stall won't affect your tune a whole lot. You may need a retune if you have a 2800 or higher stall and you have the high stall issue, but you should be ok otherwise.
