Should I change the diff oil after about 500 miles or so? or whats your guys advice? I bought the royal purple diff fluid should I change it or wat?

Use regular oil while you break it in. I'd go 100 miles and then pop the cover & check everything, if everything looks normal add the Royal Purple then and just let a small amount of fluid out at your next oil change and make sure there's nothing unusual.
