can some one explain what the bmr tunnel brace does for the tranny.

 

I have one and it doesn't do anything for the tranny. However it does make the car stronger by tying the left and right subframes together. Now when I jack up my car it tries to pick the other side up as well. Make the car more rigid. Car desn't flex and twist as much when going into steep driveways. My only complaint is sometimes I drag it, but my car is lowered.
