I was wondering what what the best clutch to buy for my mild performance 94 camaro z28. Do they make a clutch where you can feel a difference in power?????

 

I've heard SPECs are good....I have a SPEC stage 2 going in very soon.

I am also looking for a new clutch....

I had an 87 Z28 before w/5spd and installed a centerforce clutch and was extremely unhappy with it. Slipped way too much and you could hear alot of "chatter" when the clutch was engaged but not in gear.

Now to my new ride. A 96 Z28 with 4.10 gears. Mods +- 320 HP. I have 80K on the car and the clutch is slipping alot...
Time for a new one. The only mod I have planned in the future for more HP would be a mild supercharger. 99.9%street (that doesn't mean no racing...just no slicks!)

Any ideas? I really need to keep the car drivable and if anybody has suggestions please post where to shop! (The local speed shop is a rip off)
