Bad Tranny Mount?

Ok, what are the symptoms to a bad tranny mount? I seriously do not know. Is it hard to change out? Im afraid it broke and may need to switch it out. Also is it bad to drive with it broken?

You will here a big bang every time you take off.The trans is hitting underneith the car,especially pulling out of a driveway.Hope this helps.Theyare cheap to replace by the way.
