Question Rearend Girdle& AUTO tRANNY

DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE I CAN GET A REAREND GIRDLE FOR A DECENT PRICE, NOT A STOCK REPLACEMENT, BUT AN AFTERMARKET ONE? aLSO, MY TRANSMISSION MAKES CLICKING NOISES WHEN IT SHIFTS INTO FIRST AND SECOND GEARS, FIRST MORESO THAN SECOND. dOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT THIS NOISE MIGHT BE. i'D APPRECIATE ANY INPUT!

You can get the aluminum A&M cover from SLP. It's an upgrade from the stock steel cover, but doesn't have the bearing pre-load studs in it like the more expensive ones. I think it's ~$100.

bought my T/A girdle for 60 bucks used... Got a heck of a deal on it. If your going to buy a girdle spend the extra cash and get one with the studs the preload the bearings. Cheap insurance.

Get the T/A. It is the only one that is heated and proven NOT to flex under power. Moser uses T/A also. It says Moser on it and has T/A cast inside of it proving its origin.

Last I checked they were $150. Cheaper then a set of gears.
