So I just swapped a 4L60E from a '95 B-body into our '94 F-body. We swapped the tail shaft housing, shift linkage & ran the wire for the PWM/TCC. I have not yet changed the programming so I'm hoping that might be the easy fix but I am doubting it.

The problem is that it seems to be in gear when the shifter is in Park. I've got it jacked up & the wheels are turning while it's in park. I checked at the trans & it seems that it is in Park (first position).

Any ideas? Am I just missing something really obvious? I will flash a '95 file into the computer, just too late to keep messing with it tonight.
