Autozone clutch question

Hey I saw from a search that most people like the price and that ALL pressure plates for the lt1 are made by valeo or some company with a name like that. Since that clutch from autozone is so cheap would it be possible to buy a disk from an aftermarket company like spec or ram to handle more power? Im building an lt1 rx7 and the motor and tranny are just sitting in my garage I know a lighter weight car will put less stress on all things in the drivetrain but want to make sure it doesnt crap out once it gets in the car. If thats not cost effective Ill just stick to the autozone stuff but wanted to make sure since its not a daily driver, purely a fun car so its not going to be treated very nice
