Hello!

I bought this fantastic car...really loved it even before I started to drive it...but...now I am a little bit frustrated...

I have a problem with auto trans in my 2000 -Z28
With fully open throttle transmission is not changing to next gear...car is accelerating , hits 6000 rpms and auto trans wont change to next gear...when I reduce throttle...it changes to next gear....

When driving on 2nd gear...I am pushing gas pedal to the floor, transmission will reduce gear and situation is similar ...6000rpms and no next gear.

Car was about 1.5 year in garage ...and I don`t know previous owner because I bought if from insurance company, it was very light damaged to front (but fully driving condition) .

Oil level in transmission is on Low field when hot.I will add it today but I don`t think that will solve my problem...

Anyone can help me? Transmission is dead ? Oh and the car has only 90.000 KM(not miles) so is this possible to kill auto trans with such mileage?

I have a visit in next week at local auto trans. service but I would like to hear Your opinion....
