I have a problem.

In the mornings, when Im getting out of my parkin spot, and i throw it in reverse, teh car jumps.

It only does it when its cold. But now, occasionally, when Im driving, itll jump.but just on occasions... any suggestions?

what do you mean jump? Like shift into gear hard?

 

Try keeping your foot on the break pedal, the car is in open loop and the idle is higher then when it is warmed up.
