Anyone wondering if a 6L80E swap is possible?

I'm seeing that the new 6L80E is starting to show up in the vette and SUVs. Wonder if anyone will make a 6L80E retrofit a possibility?

its never will they make it its how much will it cost. the tranny alone is probably $3000.go figure. maybe you should just look into getting an overdrive that will bolt up probably cheap and give you about the same gears.

The question should be is worth doing in a LT1 car. Besides the cost of the tranny itself, everything else would be a killer. Sure would be sweet to have though.
