Anyone have experience with cheaper D/S loops
Anyone have experience with cheaper D/S loops
Since i finally figured out what was causing my low hp and have it fixed i plan on loading up the DR's and heading to the track. i just realized that when you hit 12.99's you need a D/S loop so i was just wanting a cheap good D/S loop. I need one for my 95Z. Anyone have experiences with cheaper D/S loops. I see jegs has one for $50. Anyone use one of theirs. Thanks
Re: Anyone have experience with cheaper D/S loops
TTT, If not i'll just order one. I found a Southside machine DS loop for our cars new for $20 i'll probably just buy that and modify it if it doesn't fit.
Re: Anyone have experience with cheaper D/S loops
I'm using the BMR DS safety loop, its really nice (100 bucks) it also with a little shimming clears my mufflex Y just fine. It took some trial and error shimming the things bolts to get it not to have the exhaust rattle against it, but now it clears just fine, looks good, and is functional.
I plan on removing and selling it when I put the BMR relocated torque arm with integral DS loop later.
