Anybody using a Ford 8.8"?

Heard from a buddy that an 8.8" is a good swap for those in need of a stronger rear but don't have much money.. and less modification is required than a 9".

Is anybody here running an 8.8"? My questions would be, where did you pick it up, how hard was it to install, and how has it been holding up?

There are a lot of people who run them in ther F-bodys. Its a cheaper alternative to a 12 bolt. I have a friend who dumps 550 RWHP and close to 600 tq through a 6 speed with 4k launches and his has held up fine.
