? About LS1 transmission mount

What is the part # for a Ls1 trans mount. Are they the same for both M6/A4? Can I install one on my Lt1 without having to mod. it?

Part # 22201140. No mods needed here....I picked up a nut from NAPA and it works great. No more vibrations and very durable

That is not the LS1 mount. It is the standard replacement LT1 mount.

1998-2002 transmission mount 22174970

1998-2002 transmission mount nut 10406946

Will fit on A4 or M6 LT1s.

Do I need the nut? Could I use the one I got with my energy suspension poly mount?

I think the nut is different. That's why I listed it.

No, the LS1 nut is bigger. Just take the new mount to the harware store and get a nylon locknut to fit.

So is the LS1 stock mount better than a poly LT1 mount?
