A4 temp question

What is the ideal temp for an A4 trans. I have a crappy cooler above the right side splash panel that I installed a scoop on, so it gets air when I'm moving. After that it goes to a B&M supercooler that is mounted before the radiator slightly above the air dam. And yes, the fluid goes through the radiator first before the coolers.
I was happy with the 180 temp until the air conditioning was recharged and working. Now with the air on it climbs quickly to 200-210 degrees. Does anyone know if B&M sells the electric fan kit for the supercooler seperately? Also I was wondering what the minimum temp should be before making a pass at the track, or does it even matter? Thanks for any help, Rick.

Below 220 is fine. Obviously, you want it lower before making a pass so that it stays below ~220. Hot lapping is a bad idea anyway - give it at least 15 minutes to cool down between passes.
