93 speedo calibration after gear swap

I am looking to switch my 273s for 373s. Based on searches, it looks like I do not need my chip reprogrammed but rather the speedo gear in the tranny swapped. Can somebody provide details on this? Is this a tough job? What would be the estimated cost for the shop to do this?

Thanks

It's a gear swap, I did mine years ago you need the gears for a 700R4 with a 3.70 rear gear. I think I changed both, one on the tailshaft and one on the side where the speed sensor plugs in on the side of the case. If I recall correctly there are two different types of gears one for a cable drive and one for a sensor. I think the one on the tailshaft is the same for both. Do a search in the drivetrain section.
