It's odd that you should ask this question. A real bonehead friend of mine is contemplating this same swap.

ALL OF THE COMP PRODUCTS ROCK!
Never had a failure..with any of their stuff..Comp Valve Train..
FAST controller..so I'm looking forward to having a reliable trans.
Since now, I have a TCI 4L80E, Converter, Controller,
coming my way..and I can't wait to get started..
It'll sure be nice to shoot a 300 shot while on the Power Tour
and not worry about getting back home because of a tranny failure!
