4l60E - year compatibility question.
wondering what year 4l60e tranny will work in a 2002 T/A?
does it have to be from an f-body? does it have to be 98 - 02?
or can it just be any old 4l60e from any vehicle?
I want to basically be able to pull out the old and drop in a new one without hassle.
