You may remember that I posted an issue a few weeks ago about losting 3rd/4th after the car has setup for a period of time and the PCM was bad so i had to wait for a new one b4 testing. Well, I have 4th so that is reassuring since the packs must be fine. So what does it sound like .

Based on the charts, is appares the 3-4 clutch doesn't want to engage while the forward sprag is holding. So lets hear the guesses before the tranny man gets it

Busted rear or toasted clutch that costs as much as my tranny rebuild, I'm glad I drive an auto But then again that is what the Lexus is for, backup

 

Just as a followup, problem was a broken lug on input drum
