4l60e home rebuild questions

so i got a free("blown") 4l60e and tci ssf 3500 stall from a friend who went 6 speed. we both own 96 lt1 powered vehicles. so im in the process of ripping it all apart etc etc etc...

so it turns out that the input hub broke inside the converter, filling the tranny with all sorts of trash. but in the process of the tranny tear down i noticed this "performance rebuild " had a chinease 5 pinion rear planitary of which just like sooo many others.........

the outter race of the torington bearing between the sungear and the planitary tore it self apart and got caught up in one of the pinion bearings. the pinion was soooo loose it started cutting a 1/4" deep groove into the case.

but now onto my questions

1)when going from a 10 vane pump to a 13 vane pump...... do any modifications need to be made to the slide or the pump body? or do i just have to change the rotor and reassemble? does the pump slide spring have to be changed or can i use the sonnax high rev spring?
2)Is the 4l65E output shaft a direct replacement?
3) does anyone have a good oem 4 pinion or 5 pinion rear planitary for sale or a 4l65E output shaft if it is a direct replacement ?

really looking for input from cpt or performa

thanks guys
