Unhappy 4l60e from 95, put in 94. 2-3 wot no shift.

I took my tranny and converter (upgraded performance 4l60E) from my 95 Z28 and put it into my 94 Z28 (tranny was smoked). Changed ALL fluid and filter.
I have Tunercats with EE file. Changed the tire size in the program for it to make the auto-change shift points to where they are soposed to be i guess. (255-35-20) It wont shift at WOT 2-3. Shifts ok normally. and sometimes when tps at around 70% or higher, it slips untill i let go of the gas. (I "think" It did in the 95)...Could this be a bad solenoid? Should I take the computer out of the 95, stick it in the 94, and test? What else should i try? Fluids look good on dipstick. But when I drop the pan, and change the fluid in it and the filter, and the rest of the fluid (by disconnecting lines from my cooler and having one suck up clean new fluid and another dump old) whatshould i look for? Thank you all!

You know that the 95 uses a PWM TCC solenoid and the 94 doesn't, right? I don't know if it could cause your problem (I'm not a transmission expert), but did you allow for this? The 95 trans is going to be looking for a signal your 94 PCM is not giving it (nor does your 94 wiring harness have the wire to get it to the transmission).

Do you have a stall converter? Second you will not have lockup with the 95 in the 94 car this requires a couple mods I can tell you how to do them however.

The Torque converter is a higher stall converter than stock, but i dont rememebr how much higher. What do i need to do to fix what is happening? Or, even those "mods" you speek of?

In Datamaster EE, my TCC is in lockup at around 45-48mph durring normal driving.
