4-channel rear swap in 95 TA?

My 10 bolt decided to go out on my daily driven TA last night, and I may be able to get a new stock rear w/new bearings, and TA cover for $350 to get me back on the road. It is a 4-channel ABS rear out of a 2000 M6 TA w/traction control, and I have heard that 95's had a 3-channel ABS, and mine is no traction control. Is this going to be a direct swap out, or is there extra stuff that needs to be done to it to get it to work?
