Re: 4:10 gears on a A4

if you decide you want 4.11's i have a brand new set of GM MOTIVE 4.11s for a 3 series carrier. i also have the installation kit and rear end girdle with bearing cap support studs. i decided not to change gears because i have nitrous and am happy with my 3.42s. let me know what you think...

Damn Shawn, There can't be the 2 of us in the same area with the same setup, and almost the same looking car! At least the hoods are different

I just got through telling someone here at work I was going to put 4.10 in my car!

Just so you know, I didn't like a few things with that Calculator and I added a few things to it here is mine.

Lol. Well i have the ZR1 rims, and cowl hood (since i smashed the ram air one) and i have a 4.11 rear end sitting my yard ride now. I also bought red powder coated LCAs and panhard bar so my theme is red suspension, black accents, and gunmetal wheels. you need a pick another . Whats the purpose of the "Compare" button. I dont see a function for it.

I didn't like how the f-body.org one would automatically add a second seach to the bottom of the rigth hand window, and you had to scroll to see the results.With mine you can still have that feature, but only if that compare check box is checked.

The function looks like this:

function Compare()
{
if (document.gears.chkCompare.checked != true){
parent.main.document.open()
}

Calculate()
}

and if you were looking through the code it is rigth before the calculate function, if that was not the info you were asking sorry to get that technical.

Lol no i was looking for the dumb information. I got what you are saying though. I just didnt understand it. I though it would add the numbers in the same box so you could compare it better.
