3.73 or 4.10's

I have a lt1 with a cc306, t56 and 3.73 rear. i know 1st gear is already a pretty good gear for taking off so would i see any advantages in going with a 4.10 gear set?

Thanks

Re: 3.73 or 4.10's

4.11's would increase the torque at the rear wheels by about 10%. But you're going to be running slower at redline in each gear. How close are you to redline in 4th gear when you go through the traps?

Another consideration - what year did the T56 come out of? If it was a 93, its got a really steep 1st gear already (3.36/M28, 2.97/M29). If it came out of a 94-97 LT1 its got a 2.66 1st gear, and that's a bit more compatible with 4.11's.
