3:23's worth changing?

I have a 93 with 3:23's and am wondering what kind of times can be accomplished with this gearing? Is it worth upgrading to higher gears or can I accomplish high 12's with this gearing? High 12's is my ultimate goal. I have a M6 and probably will install a 100 shot of NOS.

I would go to 4.10s with a 6 speed. I went from 3.23s to 3.73s in my auto and noticed a good difference. I bet you will knock off .2 to .3 with 4.10s.

Ive heard horror stories about 4.10s in a daily driver, but for track times there good. If you use the car for daily driving I would recommend 3.73's my $.02

93 cars with six speeds came with 3.23s or 2.73s. 94 and up have 3.42s. The 93 6speeds have a .50 sixth gear so 4.10s would be tolerable on the highway. Maybe like 2600 rpm for 75 MPH? Maybe someone with 4.10s can give their RPMS at different MPH. Also tell wich ratio tranny they have. I may be wrong but I think the 94 and up have a .64 sixth gear.

If you plan on running NOS and only hoping for high 12s...well then...I would have to say you have low expectations for yourself! You definately don't need to swap out the 3.23s just to get 12s. Still running them myself.
