1995 4L60E compatibility

What years of 4L60E's would be compatible with the 1995 tranny? I've done some searching and seen stuff about the differences in the PWM.

I found a deal on a 1994 trans. Would it work with my 1995 PCM?

Simple answer...No. A '94 will not work in a '95. The ONLY year that will work correctly in a '95 is a '95.
