1978 camaro with 305 upgraded to 4 barrel, and stock trans. Still running 14" tires and rims would like to upgrade my rear gear for better take off. I currently have 2.41's I drive car on interstate 30% of the time mostly back country roads to cruise ins.

 

Manual or automatic trans? If automatic, what one is it?
