will my friends 1994 camaro 3.4 v6 beat a 1994 Ford Thunderbird 4.6 v8.

if my friends v6 will lose what mods will he need to win

I'd have to put my $ on the ford(for once) thoose 3.4's are just kinda turdy, no offense.

He'd prob need at least low 16's to guarantee the win 100%. Which is like exhaust/cai/few bolt-on's for thoose cars probably. IMO

 

I've been in both cars and I'd have to put my money on the T-bird. The 3.4 is slooooow.

I would also have to say the t-bird....tell your friend to use his mod money plus the money he could get for his car to just buy an lt1.

Those T-birds have 200hp and 280 lb/ft of torque and run high 15s, low 16s stock. I think anyway. I used to have a '96 and I'm almost certain that it would take a 3.4 camaro.
