I bet it does get crazy on 350HP n2o, I just got mine fired up today and it sounds good. I think it will run good on the motor but I really want to spray 150 to start and then well see. What kind of shocks are you running in the rear Jake? I am looking at some Starnge double adjusatbles but they are expensive. LMK Later Clint

Just noticed this in your sig:
"THE FIRST NITROUSED POWERED LT1 IN THE 8's"

When did you first accomplish an 8-second run? There is at least one other guy on this board who has his nitrous-powered LT1 in the 8's. I saw him make several such passes at M12 (October 2007), and I don't think that was his first time running that fast.

I'm running some qa1 double adjustables in the rear and AFCO doubles adjustables in the front. I would get the strange ones for the rear and if you don't have double adjustables on the front yet get the afco's. They come with all required mounting hardware and do not use the factory style rubber upper strut mounts. They don't cost that much more if you have to replace the strut mounts any ways.

Who's car are you talking about? This is the first time I have heard of a nitrous powered LT1 in the eights. I'm also the only one on LS1techs list in the LT1 section that is doing it. I'm sure some people may have done it, but noone has posted any info on the forums I'm on. So maybe he is trying to keep it a secret?

This year

Sorry, I was confused. The car in question was a 3rd gen with a 421ci SBC on nitrous, not an LT1. Belongs to 1BAD86Z.

Carry on with your claim -- I think you might be safe.

I think that reading comprehension is not exactly your strong point

But good luck anyway.

Well I'm thinking a set of 29.5" slicks next year. I'm doing a little motor work also so it might turn a little more rpm. Just have to figure that out before I swap out gears.
