Whats everyone's race weight?
Not yet.
I want it more for weight distribution than overall weight. The front of the car outweighs the back by about 500 pounds, so anything I can remove from the front is a good thing!
Then again, I autocross, unlike most of the guys here.

I got my daily driver Cobalt down to 2444 lbs after taking the passenger seat out, the rear seats, the spare tire and jack, and swapped the wet cell battery for a dry cell Dynabatt. I know, not a race car, but I managed a 15.4 (base model, not a SS!).
Not sure how heavy my camaro is. I took alot of weight out of it but then again I added in subframe connectors, a heavy BMR torque arm, a 10 point roll cage, and went from a stock 10 bolt to a heavy 9". We'll see I guess.

Let's see, this fall I went to the fourth round of eliminations in my Warner Brothers edition Chevy Venture Minivan. After removing the seats, floormats, but not the spare tire, the race weight was 3,998 pounds.
The '84 Trans Am weighed in at 3460 pounds, with 1900 pounds on the front tires and 1560 pounds on the rear tires. Race weight was therefore 3460 pounds without driver. The car has a fuel injected V8, full interior, a T56 transmission, a 41 pound Spohn suspension & crossmember, T-tops, 65 pounds of S&W Chromoly six-point roll bar, Subframe connectors, full antiroll bars, and big, heavy 17 x 9.5 inch wheels on all four corners.

Still have stock K-member, A-Arms....
My car was 3680 w/T56, 10 bolt, and 4pt cage, no back seats.....

Best 1/8th was 9.45 with no mods. Race weight was 3400lbs + 160lb me so 3560. That was minus sub and amp and emergency fluids, spare tire still there. Ran a 9.50 with sub, amp, and spare fluids at 3530lbs + me. Hot sticky night, so times are a little off the norms.
This spring I will have times with a little diet taking place. I'll be going without seats or rear panels, subs or amp, spare will ride there but will wait in the pit area for me. Looking to come in around 3250 without me.
