i want to get some nittos but i have no money and i just bought f4z's , big mistake, they are hard compound tires so they are good for speed and last a while but traction sucks. i usually chirp 3rd if i am on it. so when i get some good tires i should be in the mid 13's maybee, maybee low 13's, again maybee(my friend says ill be in the 12's but i think he is retarded). i have a freek car, it is definatly faster than most the other fbodies around here. but not 12's fast

I've gone 13.05 @ 105.5 and that's it, NOTHING more. Why would I be? Hotcams are crap and automatic cars are slow. Don't listen to anyone on this board trying to tease you by saying that I leave out that fact that I have Stage II heads and a few other important mods that I tend to leave out AND DEFINITELY don't listen to anyone who tries to tell you they've seen me go 12.4 in street trim w/ a 2.4 60', a collapsed lifter, and an exhaust leak. WHATEVER you do don't listen to the guy that keeps telling people I borrowed a set of 275 Nittos and went 11.anything!!! 13.05, that's it. Hotcams are crap, I don't have heads, and automatics are slow. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

LT1Brutus, I run an auto and its not slow, whats up with autos being slow, I personally have seen a good friend go 8.3-8.4 in the 1/8 with a 00'TA A4 only mods were lid, filter, flowmaster and 3k stall

See sig for times

86 IROC, in case you didn't check out my sig. and get the point, that was 200% sarcasm for all those people who constantly assume my car (and yours) is slow(er) because its an A4. Personally, I'll take an automatic anyday in a drag race! The one thing I do love is going to some of the local hang-outs and parking early, then letting some retard who thinks automatics all go 17's put his $$ down on a race before he ever hears me start the car up. Shortly afterwards, those guys usually realize that my 3K stall means that the race is over before the other side of the intersection comes up.

Nice car man, my first was an 85 IROC that I put a 355 roller motor in.
